Finance Director (Real Estate Investment)

About the Role

The Finance Director will lead the finance function of the Group's real estate investment business, overseeing financial planning, investment analysis, reporting, treasury, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all finance and accounting operations. 
• Develop financial strategies to support business growth. 
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. 
• Conduct investment feasibility studies and financial modelling. 
• Manage financial due diligence for acquisitions and investments. 
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. 
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities. 
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines. 
• Professional qualification such as CA (Singapore), ACCA, CPA, or equivalent. 
• Minimum 8 years of finance leadership experience. 
• Experience in real estate investment, asset management, or property development preferred. 
• Strong financial modelling and investment analysis capabilities. 
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred to liaise with stakeholders of different cultural background.
