Project Manager (Façade / Curtain Wall Projects)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong façade / curtain wall project experience to lead and deliver complex façade engineering projects. This role is the first person responsible for project delivery, reporting directly to the Project Director and General Manager.

⚠️ This role is strictly for candidates with hands-on façade / curtain wall project experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage overall project master control plans, construction plans, and quality & safety plans for façade / curtain wall works
• Lead project execution including material sample approval, shop drawings, VPMU implementation, and on-site façade installation
• Coordinate and support façade design development, providing constructability and drawing optimization suggestions
• Manage key project milestones and participate in external coordination with consultants, clients, and stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors on-site
• Control project cost budgets and manage façade project contracts in line with company requirements
• Organize and manage the project team, ensuring clear roles and effective manpower allocation
• Provide recommendations on façade subcontracting and manage subcontractors effectively
• Support continuous improvement of the company’s project management systems
• Carry out additional duties assigned by senior management

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of construction industry experience, with at least 5 years in façade / curtain wall project management
• Proven experience managing façade systems such as curtain wall, unitized systems, aluminum cladding, glazing, or steel façade works
• Strong knowledge of façade construction methods, sequencing, quality control, and safety management
• Experience coordinating with main contractors, consultants, architects, and façade suppliers
• Good project planning, cost control, and contract management skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in large-scale or international façade projects is a strong advantage
