About the Role
The Operations Director / Product Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and growth of the Group's PropTech platform, driving digital transformation initiatives within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Work closely with technology, design, and business teams.
- Drive user acquisition and product adoption.
- Analyse user behaviour and product performance metrics.
- Manage SaaS platform operations and optimisation.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI technologies into products and workflows.
- Develop scalable operational processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of SaaS, technology, product management, or startup experience.
- Experience with product development methodologies.
- Understanding of AI, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in PropTech, real estate technology, or related sectors preferred.
