Architectural Technical Coordinator

We are seeking a highly competent architectural technical coordinator to join our dynamic project team. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless execution of large-scale, complex architectural projects, requiring exceptional technical expertise, cross-discipline coordination capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Coordination
Assist in overall technical coordination across architecture, structure (C&S), and mechanical, electrical & plumbing (MEP) disciplines; manage technical interfaces effectively and resolve cross-disciplinary technical issues.

Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement
Support team leads in communication with general contractors; collect, review, and integrate technical documentation from suppliers to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Construction Coordination
Gather on-site construction feedback, conduct technical inspections, and ensure that design deliverables align with site implementation requirements.

Design Standards Compliance
Facilitate the implementation of drawing standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Meeting & Documentation Management
Review and organize meeting minutes; document key technical decisions; and follow up on the implementation of all critical technical resolutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture.

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in architectural design for large-scale and complex projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural technical specifications and project delivery processes is essential.
