Finance Executive (Real Estate Company)

Our client, a leading Real Estate company, is seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to join their team as a Senior Finance Executive. The ideal candidate should have experience in SAP S4 Hana and should able to handle full set of accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare statutory financial statements and monthly management accounts, including variance analysis.
• Support tax matters by liaising with tax agents and compiling information for tax queries and property tax compliance/objections.
• Monitor credit control matters for tenants and purchasers.    
• Review invoices, credit notes, daily receipts/payments, and GST returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and prepare documentation for annual internal and external audits.
• Respond to queries from internal stakeholders, external vendors, and customers.
• Participate in process and system improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Accounting or related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are an advantage.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts and preparing financial reports.
• Good understanding of cash flow management and tax compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.

• Location: Central
• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$6,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
