Quantity Surveyor (M&E Construction)

THE COMPANY Our Client is a renowned organisation in the M&E Construction industry with a strong presence in Singapore. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Operations Director. THE ROLE The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for: • Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities. • Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and progress valuations. • Monitor project expenditures and provide accurate financial reports. • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve commercial issues. REQUIREMENTS • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the M&E Construction industry. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and QS software.
