Quality Manager (F&B Manufacturing)

THE COMPANY Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry with a strong presence within APAC. They are currently looking for a Quality Manager to drive total quality management across our production and R&D functions. THE ROLE The Quality Manager is responsible for: • Develop and implement quality assurance and food safety systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO, GMP). • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements. • Lead audits (internal, supplier, and customer) and manage corrective actions. • Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality & safety, and investigate quality issues, complaints, or any non-conformances. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and product development. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Science, Operations, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B manufacturing quality roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership role • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and regulatory standards and excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
