Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and business expansion within the IT and Banking sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing corporate clients, securing recruitment agreements, obtaining hiring mandates, and building long-term partnerships with companies across technology, banking, fintech, and financial services industries.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Sales, Recruitment, Headhunting, HR Services, SaaS Sales, or Enterprise Solution Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT, Banking, FinTech, and Financial Services sectors
  • Proactively approach companies to introduce recruitment and talent acquisition services
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, business owners, and key decision-makers
  • Conduct market research and industry mapping to identify potential clients and hiring trends
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets

Recruitment Contract & Partnership Management

  • Negotiate and secure recruitment service agreements, preferred supplier agreements, and long-term hiring partnerships
  • Prepare and present recruitment proposals, service agreements, and business presentations
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of hiring projects

Job Acquisition & Hiring Needs Management

  • Obtain hiring mandates and active job openings from corporate clients
  • Understand clients’ business structures, hiring requirements, and talent strategies
  • Coordinate with recruiters and consultants to ensure timely candidate delivery
  • Monitor recruitment progress and maintain regular communication with clients

Account Management & Revenue Growth

  • Manage existing client accounts and identify upselling opportunities
  • Expand business volume through repeat hiring projects and referrals
  • Achieve monthly sales KPIs, revenue targets, and placement goals
  • Track sales pipelines, client activities, and recruitment performance metrics

Industry Networking & Market Expansion

  • Attend networking events, business meetings, career fairs, and industry conferences
  • Build market presence within the IT and Banking recruitment sectors
  • Maintain awareness of market salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in:Business DevelopmentRecruitment / HeadhuntingHR ServicesSaaS SalesEnterprise / B2B SalesBanking or IT Sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to develop clients and close business deals
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent acquisition solutions is an advantage
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
