Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights that improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
• Develop dashboards and reports to support business decisions
• Work closely with business teams to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support management requests
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
• Support data integration from multiple sources (CRM, marketing, operations systems)
• Present findings and insights clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or related roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM or customer data platforms
• Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools and data warehousing concepts
• Experience in industries such as recruitment, immigration, or consulting
• Familiarity with automation tools or AI-based analytics
• Understanding of Singapore market data trends
