AI Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Engineer to join our growing technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing AI-powered solutions and machine learning models to support business growth and innovation. You will work closely with software engineers, data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to build scalable and production-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning models
• Build and optimize AI-powered applications, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and model deployment workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and deliver AI-driven solutions
• Work with large datasets for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Fine-tune and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for performance and scalability
• Integrate AI/ML models into production systems and cloud environments
• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system reliability
• Participate in research, experimentation, and adoption of emerging AI technologies
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and best practice guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or software development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras
• Familiarity with machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or LLM technologies
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and model deployment workflows
• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and big data technologies is advantageous
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Familiarity with AI model governance, security, and data privacy standards
• Experience with cloud AI services such as AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI
• Knowledge of MLOps and distributed AI systems
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
