Job Title: Senior Salesforce FSC Developer / Technical Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior technical professional to lead Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations across the full SDLC. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between technical execution and business stakeholders, ensuring high-quality platform development and smooth release governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Delivery: Lead end-to-end Salesforce FSC implementation across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Solution Design: Design and develop robust technical solutions using LWC, Apex, and Visualforce.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a functional bridge to translate non-technical business requirements into clear technical designs.

• Agile Governance: Participate actively in Agile/Scrum processes and manage release pipelines using tools like AutoRabit and Gearset.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Depth: Proven experience designing, debugging, and developing on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

• DevOps & Best Practices: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps frameworks, and Salesforce architectural best practices.

• Functional Awareness: Excellent business analysis capabilities to confidently map business processes directly to Salesforce features.
