BIM Manager

About the Role

The BIM Manager (Multi-Project) is responsible for leading and managing the overall BIM strategy, implementation, and delivery across multiple electrical and infrastructure projects. This role oversees the BIM team, ensures compliance with Singapore BCA and LTA standards, coordinates across multiple disciplines, and acts as the key BIM interface with Clients, Consultants, and Main Contractors. The BIM Manager plays a critical role in driving digital engineering excellence, improving constructability, and supporting project delivery and tender development across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation across multiple projects in accordance with BCA, LTA and project requirements
• Develop, implement and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• Manage and supervise BIM Coordinators and BIM Modellers
• Plan manpower resources, monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs
• Chair BIM coordination meetings with Consultants, Main Contractors and multi-disciplinary teams
• Lead clash detection, coordination resolution and model integration
• Ensure BIM models comply with required LOD, naming conventions and file management standards
• Review and approve coordinated models, shop drawings and As-Built submissions
• Provide BIM support during construction for site coordination and constructability review
• Support tender submissions including BIM methodology and technical inputs

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering, Building or related disciplines
• Minimum 8–12 years of BIM experience, with proven experience managing multiple projects
• Prior experience as BIM Manager / Senior BIM Lead / Digital Engineering Manager
• Proficient in:
• Autodesk Revit
• Navisworks Manage
• BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Strong knowledge of Electrical & MEP systems
• Familiar with Singapore BCA and LTA BIM submission requirements
• Proven leadership and team management ability
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
