[Data Analyst] Research Assistant - Central

Contract Period: From 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.

Working Hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Scope of the job:

• Gather and analyse data and feedback for research and evaluation projects (e.g. Mid-Term and Full-Term Reviews) through surveys, focus group discussions, interviews, and engagement with schools and stakeholders.

• Code and verify quantitative and qualitative data in accordance with research protocols and coding procedures.

• Document key research and evaluation processes, monitor project progress, and provide regular updates.

Requirement:
·       Trained in Data Science and possess working knowledge of Statistics, Measurement and Research.

·       At least 1 year of relevant experience in conducting research and data analytics.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of tools, especially MS Excel.

·       Familiarity with analytical and statistical software and database management such as Tableau.

·       Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Meticulous and possess leadership qualities to lead and drive results.

·       Ability to work well independently and in teams and within tight timelines.
