VP Project Manager (Payment)

As Project Manager, you will hold accountability for the successful delivery large and complex IT projects, whether operating independently or within a program framework. Utilizing an agreed-upon project methodology, the focus includes robust risk and issues management, comprehensive documentation, and efficient project management within a stringent schedule.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Fully Responsible for defining, documenting, and successfully completing complex projects through the entire project lifecycles for Payment project.
• Adopts and adapts project management methods and tools
• Ensures effectiveness of project control, change control, risk management, and testing processes.
• Monitors and controls resources, revenue, and capital costs against the project budget, managing expectations of all project stakeholders.
• Performs what-if analyses and scenario planning, developing insights and proposals to improve business value.
• Works with stakeholderss to agree and implement short-term and medium-term modifications to demand, maintaining a register of business requests and reporting as required.
• Takes responsibility across all stages and iterations of software development, planning and driving software construction activities.
• Defines systems development projects supporting the organization's objectives and plans, ensuring senior management is aware of and able to provide required resources.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor Degree with min 12 years of experience in IT
• Current project management accreditation PMP / PRINCE2 preferred and Agile in addition would be beneficial.
• Demonstrated prior success in delivery of complex IT application project
• Prior experience in managing projects in cash management or Payment (GIRO, SWIFT, FAST, etc) application
• Extensive project lifecycle experience understanding the planning and delivery of projects in its entirety.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
