Paralegal (Proficiency in Traditional Chinese) / CBD, Contract Key Responsibilities • Provide legal support to other members of internal Legal with a focus on product and regulatory compliance • Handle data and other general requests from law enforcement agencies and government departments • Provide general legal support and assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned from time to time • Co-ordinate with external counsels and internal counterparts to ensure delivery of top-quality legal service to clients • Set up, manage and maintain a legal database. • Draft, review, and translate legal instruments, converting complex Traditional Chinese documents and Chinese verbal communications into accurate English for legal counsel and stakeholders.
