Job Summary

Seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong Avaloq platform expertise to bridge business requirements and technical delivery for APAC banking projects.

Mandarin Chinese fluency to support APAC banking projects. The role bridges business requirements and technical delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements that drive project success
  • Translate business needs into precise Avaloq functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation
  • Support Avaloq parameterization, solution design, and impact analysis to optimize system configurations and workflows
  • Coordinate effectively with developers and testers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure alignment and quality delivery
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, manage defect resolution, and analyze production issues to maintain system stability
  • Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulatory and operational standards to mitigate risk and uphold governance
  • Utilize SQL skills to query and analyze data, supporting interface integrations including REST, SOAP, and MQ protocols

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Avaloq ACP certification demonstrating advanced platform knowledge
  • Experience with STEX, AMI Web Services, and reporting frameworks to enhance system capabilities
  • Knowledge of APAC regulatory environments to inform compliance considerations
  • Exposure to Agile and DevOps tools to support iterative development and deployment processes
