Avaloq Technical Lead / Manager

Location: Singapore
Type: Full‑time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Avaloq Technical Lead /Manager to drive solution design, delivery, and governance across our Avaloqcore banking and wealth‑management platforms. You will partner closely withbusiness, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant, andhigh‑quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end solution design, technical architecture, and parameterisation for Avaloq enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Oversee delivery across requirements, development, SIT/UAT, and production rollout.
  • Act as SME for Avaloq modules (e.g., client data, portfolio mgmt., payments, transactions).
  • Manage stakeholders across business, operations, compliance, and technology.
  • Ensure documentation quality (FS/TS, process flows, use cases).
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure audit/compliance readiness.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in financial technology, with strong Avaloq expertise.
  • Hands‑on experience in Avaloq customization, scripting, or module ownership.
  • Strong understanding of private banking/wealth‑management processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work in fast‑paced, multi‑vendor environments.

Good to Have

  • Experience with cloud‑based Avaloq deployments.
  • Exposure to advisory, onboarding, KYC, or CRM workflows.
  • Familiarity with trading and middle/back‑office systems.
