Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Manager (LTA Infrastructure Projects / M&E / Construction)

Role Overview

Our Client are seeking a hands-on Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Manager with experience in LTA infrastructure projects to support and lead electrical works across major developments in Singapore.

This role offers strong exposure to project execution, authority coordination, testing & commissioning, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical works for LTA infrastructure projects from execution through project completion.
• Ensure compliance with LTA specifications, authority requirements, and project standards.
• Coordinate with LTA representatives, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Support installation, testing & commissioning, and system integration activities.
• Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and subcontractor performance.
• Assist in procurement coordination, material planning, and project reporting.
• Support variation orders (VO), technical coordination, and site documentation.
• Attend technical, coordination, and progress meetings.
• Ensure compliance with WSH safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of electrical project experience in Singapore.
• Experience in LTA projects is required (MRT / Rail / Road / Tunnel projects).
• Hands-on experience in site coordination, installation, and project execution.
• Familiar with LTA procedures, submissions, and authority coordination.
• Experience in testing & commissioning for infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
