IT Manager (Construction Company)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives and regional HQ frameworks.
• Establish and enforce IT governance, policies, SOPs, and security standards.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and business applications across head office and project sites.
• Lead IT setup for new project sites, including networks, hardware, and software deployment.
• Manage internal and outsourced IT teams, vendors, budgets, and service performance.
• Implement cybersecurity controls, risk management, and disaster recovery plans.
• Partner with senior management and project teams to support operational and project needs.

Requirements

•  Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, business applications, governance, compliance, cybersecurity and risk management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in construction or project-based environment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Location: East
• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$10,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
