Summary:

• Location: Central

• Salary up to $4000+VB

• Product Managing: Laptop

• 5 days work, Mon - Fri, Office Hours
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales technical consultation (L1 &L2) and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, recommending and implementing appropriate solutions.

• Offer technical support and assistance related to computer systems, software, and hardware to both internal teams and customers.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, guides, and manuals to support users and team members.

• Assist in product certification processes and manage renewals to ensure compliance with relevant standards.

• Support the company’s warranty entitlement and claims system, ensuring smooth processing and resolution of customer cases.
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent field from a recognized institution.

• Relevant hands-on experience in technical support, IT systems will have added advantage.
