Job Description

Position Title: HR Business Partner ( This is account specific role ) Location: Singapore Role Overview The HR Business Partner provides end-to-end HR partnership to support business growth and operational excellence. This role works closely with account leadership to deliver pragmatic, commercial, and people-focused HR solutions. Key Responsibilities Enable Business Growth • Develop a strong understanding of account strategy and operations • Provide HR commercial support for bids and client negotiations • Engage clients through agreed governance frameworks • Identify and drive HR initiatives that differentiate, win, and retain business Lead Account People Strategy • Partner Operations Directors and Managers on people strategy and execution • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management • Lead and influence change initiatives across the account • Address key people challenges through targeted HR interventions • Coach and advise site leaders on employee and people matters Talent Acquisition & Talent Management • Embed Sodexo values, behaviors, and people practices across the account • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection • Build and sustain strong talent pipeline aligned to account needs • Ensure hiring decisions align with the account people strategy • Facilitate performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and development discussions • Track and support development plans for key talent HR Collaboration • Work closely with country HR across APAC location, HR Centres of Excellence and functional teams within country to deliver integrated solutions • Provide inputs and recommendations on HR policies, processes, and frameworks Profile • At least 5–7 years’ deep experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner • Strong experience partnering and influencing business leaders • Proven employee relations experience, including grievance handling • Recruitment experience required; blue-collar hiring preferred • Strong problem-solving and execution capability • Highly detail-oriented, resilient, and resourceful • High integrity, professionalism, and accountability • Collaborative team player with a strong drive to create impact
