Principal Application Architect- Temenos Triple’A Plus

Role Overview

The Principal Application Architect is a senior, hands-on technical role responsible for designing, modernizing, and governing Private Banking application platforms. The role focuses on Temenos Triple’A Plus, complex integrations, database migration, and modernization of legacy systems, while providing architectural direction and technical leadership across delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own application and solution architecture for Private Banking platforms.
• Lead modernization initiatives including Sybase-to-Oracle migration, real-time integrations, and platform upgrades.
• Architect scalable solutions to support portfolio growth and high transaction volumes.
• Provide hands-on guidance for Temenos Triple’A Plus enhancements and integrations.
• Resolve complex technical and architectural issues across the delivery lifecycle.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, security, and best practices.
• Support testing, performance tuning, and production readiness.
• Mentor senior developers, solution designers, and junior architects.

Experience & Technical Profile

• 12–18 years of experience as a Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or Architect in banking systems.
• Deep expertise in Temenos Triple’A Plus within the Private Banking / Wealth domain.
• Strong experience in database migration (Sybase to Oracle) and performance optimization.
• Hands-on knowledge of real-time integrations, event-driven architecture, and middleware.
• Experience with Private Banking platforms, digital channels, and portfolio systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work across complex, distributed systems.
