About the Role

We are hiring a Field Service Engineer to support automation and system integration projects for high-tech industrial clients. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle — from installation and commissioning to troubleshooting and system enhancement.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy site-based work, technical problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Support installation, setup, and commissioning of automation systems at client sites

• Perform PLC programming, troubleshooting, and system integration

• Configure and support HMI / SCADA systems

• Execute FAT / SAT, testing, and system validation

• Diagnose and resolve on-site technical issues (hardware & software)

• Work closely with internal teams, customers, and overseas technical partners

• Assist in system upgrades, scripting, and automation enhancements

• Prepare basic technical documentation and reports

• Industrial automation and system integration projects

Training & Support

• Structured learning: start with hardware installation → software setup → automation scripting

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field

• ~1–3 years of experience in:

  • PLC programming (any brand)

  • System integration / automation projects

  • Commissioning or field service work

• Familiar with HMI / SCADA / industrial systems

• Hands-on, willing to work on-site and troubleshoot issues

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have (Bonus)

• Experience building systems from scratch (not just modification work)

• Exposure to sensors, instrumentation, or industrial communication

• Basic scripting or interest in AI / smart automation

• Experience in semiconductor / data center environments

Working Environment

• Project-based, site-focused role

• Supported by a structured engineering team (junior → senior → lead)

• Flexible scheduling based on project needs

• May require occasional after-hours support for critical situations
