Software Engineer (Industrial Automation / High Performance / Low Latency)

We are representing a well-established technology organization seeking a Software Engineer to join their engineering team, focusing on high-performance and real-time industrial automation systems. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building robust, low-latency software that powers mission-critical industrial or machine-level applications.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize software for industrial automation systems

• Build and maintain high-performance, low-latency applications for real-time environments

• Work closely with hardware, controls, and systems engineering teams to integrate software with industrial machines and equipment

• Develop scalable and reliable system architecture for production-grade deployment

• Perform debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis for system-level issues

• Participate in full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support

• Ensure software quality, stability, and responsiveness in mission-critical environments

💡 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline

• Strong experience in software development for industrial automation, embedded systems, robotics, or similar environments

• Solid programming skills in languages such as C++, C#, Python, or similar

• Strong understanding of real-time systems, multithreading, and low-latency architecture

• Experience working with industrial protocols or control systems is an advantage

• Familiarity with system integration between software and hardware devices

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in complex technical environments

• High-performance computing or latency-sensitive system design

• Robotics, motion control, or machine automation systems

• Semiconductor, manufacturing automation, or industrial equipment environment
