Deputy Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Deputy Project Manager to support the Project Manager in managing oil & gas EPC projects. The role assists in coordinating project execution activities across engineering, procurement, and construction teams and acts on behalf of the Project Manager when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day project execution activities.

• Monitor project progress, schedules, costs, and deliverables.

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction interfaces to ensure smooth execution.

• Support preparation of project reports, forecasts, and progress updates.

• Assist in managing project risks, changes, and technical issues.

• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and site coordination activities.

• Act as Project Manager in the absence of the Project Manager, when assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in oil & gas or EPC projects.

• Strong coordination and project execution experience.

• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.
