Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage oil & gas EPC projects from initiation through completion. The role is responsible for overall project execution, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project planning, execution, and control activities.

• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality in accordance with contractual requirements.

• Serve as the primary interface with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure integrated project execution.

• Approve project budgets, schedules, change orders, and key deliverables.

• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as required.

• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and project governance requirements.

• Lead project meetings, reviews, and reporting to management and clients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas or EPC projects, including proven experience as a Project Manager.

• Strong understanding of EPC project execution and contract management.

• Proven leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage complex projects under tight schedules.
