We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering activities for oil & gas EPC projects. The role is responsible for overall engineering planning, technical quality, coordination across disciplines, and interface with project management, procurement, and construction teams to ensure successful project execution in compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all engineering disciplines, including Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, I&C, Structural, and 3D modeling.

  • Establish engineering execution plans, schedules, and deliverable strategies aligned with project milestones.

  • Ensure engineering deliverables meet project specifications, quality standards, and international codes.

  • Coordinate engineering interfaces with Project Management, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams.

  • Review and approve key engineering deliverables, technical decisions, and vendor documentation.

  • Manage engineering resources, workload distribution, and technical issue resolution.

  • Support technical reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, and design review activities.

  • Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and project governance requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or related discipline).

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas or EPC projects, with proven experience in engineering leadership roles.

  • Strong understanding of EPC project execution, multidisciplinary engineering coordination, and vendor management.

  • Experience interfacing with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage complex projects under tight schedules.
