Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence in fire protection systems
• Manage customer engagement, conduct product presentations, and close sales deals
• Deliver technical proposals, solution designs, and product demonstrations to clients
• Collaborate with engineering teams to customize solutions based on client requirements
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management review
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in fire protection or industrial safety systems
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
  

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in fire suppression systems (foam, gas, powder, liquid agent) is highly preferred
• Ability to travel regionally for business development and client meetings
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative sales approach
• Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an added advantage
• Experience dealing with industries such as mining, construction, marine, or energy sectors is highly desirable
