Solution Architect (BFSI)

Own end-to-end solution strategy across cloud, applications, and data while shaping business outcomes and technology direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end enterprise architectures across cloud, applications, integration, and data platforms ensuring scalability, resilience, security
• Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration, legacy modernization, and platform re-architecture using modern engineering practices
• Engage senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solution blueprints aligned with regulatory and compliance standards
• Drive presales activities including solutioning, proposals, estimations, and presentations demonstrating business value, ROI, and technology vision
• Provide technical leadership across delivery lifecycle ensuring architecture governance, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and successful implementations

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline with strong academic foundation and technical expertise
• 12+ years of experience in IT with significant exposure to solution architecture within BFSI environments
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, API design, integration, and distributed systems development
• Solid understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, data architecture, and regulatory compliance within financial services industry
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills working across cross-functional teams and regional delivery environments
