Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end BI solution delivery from requirements gathering to deployment and user adoption
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models
Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines (ETL) using SSIS
Develop and maintain SSRS reporting solutions and support BI-related .NET integrations
Define and enforce best practices for data modelling, DAX, performance tuning, and report design
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data insights
Drive innovation through cloud initiatives and AI-enabled analytics (e.g., predictive insights, anomaly detection)

Requirements

8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, SSIS)
Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI features (RLS, incremental refresh, deployment pipelines)
Advanced SQL skills with experience in performance tuning and query optimization
Practical experience with .NET (C# preferred) for BI-related development
Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Glue or equivalents).
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
AI / ML Fundamentals (any recognized certification)
