Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end infrastructure integration across systems, networks, cybersecurity, and applications.

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, stakeholders, and project teams.

• Ensure vendor solutions comply with approved architecture, technical designs, and project requirements.

• Manage technical dependencies, integration validation, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review and support infrastructure deployment, integration, and implementation activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve technical and integration issues.

• Support infrastructure hardening, vulnerability remediation, compliance activities, and technical documentation preparation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including servers, storage, virtualization, and system integration.

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Tanium, VMware, and enterprise SAN storage platforms.

• Experience implementing CIS hardening benchmarks and vulnerability assessment/remediation processes.

• Understanding of infrastructure monitoring, backup strategies, and security best practices.

• Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation such as design documents, SOPs, implementation guides, and as-built documentation.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills; relevant Microsoft, VMware, Red Hat, or cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
