Security Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and implementation of cybersecurity solutions across IT infrastructure and systems.

• Configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain security devices and platforms.

• Manage information security risk, vulnerability management, and security assessment activities.

• Act as the technical escalation point for cybersecurity incidents, outages, and infrastructure issues.

• Operate and support IT infrastructure and security services while ensuring service level compliance.

• Ensure projects and operations comply with client technology standards, governance frameworks, and security policies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, while providing technical guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of IT experience in implementing and managing complex IT infrastructure and cybersecurity systems.

• Experience supporting commercial organizations and government agency environments.

• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CCSK.

• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies such as CyberArk, IBM Guardium, Imperva DAM, Splunk, QRadar, Trend Micro, and Carbon Black.

• Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools and compliance requirements.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
