Fund Finance & Operations Lead (Real Estate)

Our client, a leading international real estate investment firm, is seeking a Fund Finance & Operations Lead Manager to lead their APAC Investment Accounting & Reporting team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality fund reporting while driving operational excellence across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team delivering fund administration and reporting for real estate investment funds.

• Oversee NAV calculations, financial statements consolidation, and investor reporting.

• Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and timely resolution of issues.

• Support new business initiatives, acquisitions/dispositions, and operational enhancements.

• Drive process improvements, system implementations, and internal controls.

• Supervise, train, and develop team members to achieve high performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.

• 10+ years in fund accounting or administration, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

• Experience in real estate funds and multi-jurisdictional investment structures.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office; Yardi experience is a plus.
