Job Description

Our client, a regional real estate investment and development platform with a diversified portfolio of assets across Asia is looking for a Finance Manager to join the growing team. They are focused on delivering sustainable growth, operational excellence, and value creation for stakeholders.

Group Finance Manager (SGX Listed Co)

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior finance leadership in overseeing day-to-day finance operations and strengthening internal control frameworks across the group

• Manage group consolidation across monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including preparation of management reports with variance analysis and commentary

• Lead preparation of board materials, financial reports, and supporting documentation for audits and regulatory requirements

• Oversee quarterly financial results announcements and reporting to the Board, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Support investor relations activities, including preparation of quarterly reports and investor communications

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including financial reporting standards, SGX listing rules, and relevant governance frameworks, while liaising with auditors and external advisors

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)

• Minimum 8 years of Finance and Accounting and relevant experience in group reporting, consolidation, and regulatory reporting within a listed environment

• Prior Audit experience from a Big 4 Audit or reputable firm is an added advantage

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks

• Experience liaising with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
