Finance Manager (Investment Firm)

Our client who is an investment firm is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day finance functions.

Some of the Key Responsibilities include;

Responsible for monthly closing and preparation of management reports of the fund manager.

• Work with external service providers to prepare and review the quarterly financial reports of the venture capital and other private fund entities.
• Review and manage payroll, expense payments, distributions and cash assets across various entities.
• Prepare and manage audit and regulatory reports such as MAS quarterly and annua lSurvey.
• Work with HR and external tax advisor to review and manage IRAS tax submissions such as Form C, IR8A and GST.
• Liaise with lawyers and corporate secretary for legal related matters.
• Assist in ad-hoc and administrative duties when necessary.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance (CA qualification is a plus)
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in the investment / asset management industry is required.
• A detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
