Assistant Finance Manager

This role supports financial reporting, compliance, and finance operations across a portfolio of real estate and investment holding entities. Working alongside internal stakeholders and external service providers, the position plays a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, sound cash management, and efficient finance processes within a regulated investment environment.

Assistant Finance Manager

Scope of responsibilities includes:

• Preparing statutory financial statements and supporting audit engagements in line with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements

• Coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and professional service providers to ensure timely completion of reporting obligations

• Managing indirect tax submissions and supporting corporate tax processes across investment entities

• Monitoring operating cash flows at entity level and supporting fund transfers and liquidity movements

• Overseeing banking administration matters, including account maintenance, mandates, and related documentation

• Supporting budgeting and forecasting exercises for investment entities in collaboration with asset management and business teams

• Consolidating budget information and preparing management reports to analyse performance against approved plans

• Participating in finance systems, process improvement, and transformation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and controls

• Working with internal governance and support teams on approvals, resolutions, and documentation related to financial operations

Requirements:

- Minimum Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA/ CA

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Accounting, with prior Auditing background is advantageous

- Supervisory experience is a plus

- Effective communicator with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
