Our client, a leading real estate developer, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Manager to oversee full-set accounting, reporting, and financial management across their portfolio of entities. This role provides exposure to multi-entity real estate operations and opportunities to drive finance process improvements and SAP enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the Accounting Services team to ensure accurate and timely financial accounting across multiple entities
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including consolidated accounts, variance analysis, and management reports
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), internal policies, and statutory/regulatory requirements
• Coordinate internal and external audits, working closely with auditors, tax agents, and relevant stakeholders
• Manage tax compliance, statutory reporting, and cash flow monitoring to ensure operational and financial stability
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses to support business planning and strategic decisions
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and guidance that support operational efficiency and business growth
• Drive finance process improvements and lead SAP S/4HANA or finance system enhancements to strengthen financial governance and efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; Big 4 experience is advantageous
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, retail, or hospitality sectors
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
• Hands-on experience with full-set accounting, consolidated reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA; experience with MRI or other ERP systems is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders

• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$8,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
