Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for involving in transforming raw data into actionable insights, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with teams to meet specific business needs, using tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• ⁠Conducting technical analysis of incidents, performing root cause investigation and review with technical teams
• Collaborating with category managers to design a scoring matrix for in-house brands to launch new products in existing/new categories.
• ⁠Serving as the primary point of contact for all technical groups and customers to address incidents and requests
• Communicating with stakeholders in planning for systems resources and tracking time-sensitive incidents
• Created conclusive actionable reports on Stickiness of the customer & cannibalization of products
• Collected and labeled data for a blockchain analytics company and improved the database significant
• Identifying opportunities for better data usage and new strategies to improve efficiency and performance
• Devising and implementing data-driven marketing and community engagement initiatives, leading to a 10% increase in user retention rates.
• Creating reports, dashboards (using tools like Power BI, Tableau), charts, and graphs to communicate findings clearly
• Generated a predictive model to determine product promotions mechanics, lifting the average basket size by 2% bi-monthly and improved margins significantly.
• Helping in B2B sales & generating leads via filling in the sales funnel.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in (Data science and Analytics ) from a reputed university.
• E-commerce / Retail domain is must
• Experience in Assembling large, complex data sets using SQL & Python.
