• Databases:
• Azure SQL Database, SQL Server, Synapse SQL Pools
• NoSQL: Cassandra, MongoDB
• BI & Visualization:
• Power BI, QlikView/Qlik Sense, Tableau
• Programming & Scripting:
• SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, visualization libraries), Spark SQL
• Data Modelling:
• Star schema, Snowflake schema, enterprise data warehouse design
• DevOps & Version Control:
• Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, GitHub, Bitbucket

Experience

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data platform development
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale Azure data solutions
• Strong background in financial, operational, or enterprise reporting environments

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (preferred)

Soft Skills

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams
• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on data quality and reliability

Nice to Have

• Experience with Hadoop ecosystems (Cloudera, Hortonworks)
• Exposure to pre‑sales engagements and solution demonstrations
• Experience in real‑time or near real‑time data processing use cases
