• Own Jira Confluence standards reporting and governance ensuring reliable insights reduced effort and consistent working.

About the person:

• Experience in agile coaching transformation and delivery within complex regulated environments preferably financial services organisations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders drive change resolve conflicts and align teams towards shared measurable outcomes.
• Leadership emotional intelligence and communication skills with to coach mentor and develop high performing teams.
• Experience with Jira Confluence analysis automation tools and reporting to support governance and decision making.
• Scaling agile across teams programs and geographies delivering measurable improvements in predictability flow and quality.
