AI Education Product Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven AI Education Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered learning products. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management capabilities with a deep understanding of education systems and AI technologies to create scalable, user-centric solutions that enhance learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and vision for AI-driven education products
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and content teams to deliver high-quality product features
• Design AI use cases such as personalized learning, intelligent tutoring systems, and automated content generation
• Translate user needs, curriculum requirements, and business goals into product specifications
• Conduct user research and analyze behavior to optimize user experience and engagement
• Monitor product performance metrics (DAU, retention, conversion, learning outcomes)
• Improve AI model outputs through prompt design, feedback loops, and data optimization
• Ensure compliance with educational standards, data privacy, and ethical AI practices
• Stay updated on ed-tech trends, AI innovations, and competitor products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, Business, or related field
• 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably in AI, ed-tech, or SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, and data-driven product design
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, content)
• Familiarity with online learning platforms, curriculum systems, or training programs
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
