Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and user-centric AI Product Manager to lead the development of AI-driven products in the education and theology domain. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management skills with a deep understanding of learning systems, religious content, and AI technologies to build scalable, impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-powered education and theology products
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and content teams to deliver high-quality AI features
  • Design and optimize AI use cases such as intelligent tutoring, content generation, and knowledge assistants
  • Translate theological and educational requirements into product specifications and workflows
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
  • Conduct user research and analyze feedback to improve product experience and engagement
  • Ensure AI outputs meet accuracy, ethical standards, and doctrinal integrity
  • Monitor product performance metrics (engagement, retention, conversion) and drive continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on AI trends, ed-tech innovations, and digital theology developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Education, Theology, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in product management, preferably in AI, ed-tech, or content platforms
  • Strong understanding of AI/LLM capabilities, prompt design, and data-driven product development
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, content)
  • Knowledge of education systems or theological studies is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
