Agentic AI Engineer (Deployment Architect)

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy high-performance AI agents used in mission-critical, production environments
• Take full ownership of the development lifecycle from problem definition through to deployment and continuous optimisation
• Partner directly with customers to understand complex challenges and implement scalable, practical solutions
• Work cross-functionally to influence product direction and improve core platform capabilities
• Build reusable systems and frameworks that accelerate future AI deployments

Requirements

• Proven experience building and scaling production systems in real world environments
• Strong problem-solving ability in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-ownership settings
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver end to end outcomes with minimal oversight
• Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to solve meaningful business problems
• Clear and effective communication across both technical and non technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
