  • Collaborate with application teams, DBAs, and network engineers to resolve cross-functional incidents
  • Participate in on-call rotation and support change management processes

Output management & printing systems (OMS)

  • Manage and support enterprise Output Management Systems and print infrastructure in a production environment
  • Administer print servers, print queues, and output workflows (e.g. OPEN TEXT, Bottomline, DocBridge, or equivalent OMS platforms)
  • Ensure high availability and performance of document output pipelines (statements, reports, regulatory documents)
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for OMS upgrades, patches, and capacity reviews
  • Develop and maintain operational runbooks, monitoring scripts, and automation procedures for OMS environments

Continuous improvement & governance

  • Contribute to automation and tooling improvements to reduce manual operations
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and audit requirements
  • Produce clear operational documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices across the team

Requirements

Must-have

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure / production operations roles
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Unix/Linux system administration (RHEL, AIX, HP-UX, or Solaris)
  • Proven experience supporting Output Management Systems or enterprise print infrastructure in production
  • Solid scripting skills (Shell, Python, Perl, or equivalent) for automation and monitoring
  • Experience working in regulated environments (banking, financial services, or insurance preferred)
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes: incident, change, problem, and release management
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills under pressure in 24/7 production environments

Good to have

  • Experience with OMS platforms such as OPEN TEXT Output Management, BottomlineTechnologies, Compart DocBridge, or similar
  • Knowledge of document composition and print stream formats (AFP, PCL, PDF, PostScript)
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Dynatrace, or similar)
  • Experience with virtualisation and containerisation (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • ITIL v4 or equivalent certification is an advantage

What we offer

  • Competitive salary package commensurate with experience
  • Exposure to large-scale, mission-critical financial infrastructure
  • A collaborative and professional working environment
  • Opportunities for skills development and career growth
  • Stable, permanent position based in Singapore
