Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in CI/CD, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of secure, scalable, and highly available production systems.

This role requires technical leadership, automation expertise, and a strong mindset to support mission-critical banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines

• Build and manage Kubernetes-based container platforms (on-prem & cloud)

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform

• Manage and optimize multi-cloud environments (AWS / Azure)

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment

• Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD

• Support Maven-based Java application build and release processes

• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to platform strategy

Technical Skills Required

CI/CD & DevOps Tools

• Jenkins / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps

• ArgoCD (GitOps implementation)

• Maven build lifecycle management

• Git (branching strategies, trunk-based development)

Containerization & Orchestration

• Kubernetes (production-grade clusters)

• Docker

Infrastructure as Code

• Terraform (advanced modules, remote state, multi-environment management)

Cloud Platforms (Multi-Cloud)

• AWS

• Azure

Scripting & Automation

• Python (automation scripts, API integrations)

• Bash scripting (Linux environments)
  

Required Experience

• 10+ years in DevOps

• Strong understanding of production support and incident management

• Experience working in Agile

• Experience leading DevOps transformation initiatives
