Skills & Requirements: • Experience with large-scale, high-availability software systems. • Proficient in full-stack development; modern front-end (Next.js/React.js) and backend (Java/TypeScript) preferred. • Strong technical leadership and team management skills; 2+ years coaching developers. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities. • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams. • Passion for engineering excellence. • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
