Retail Sales Job Location:- Singapore/Malaysia Experience:-12-15 Years Role Overview:- Seeking an experienced retail sales leader to drive revenue growth and business operations across Singapore and Malaysia. This role is responsible for country strategy execution, full P&L management, retail expansion, and team leadership, aligned with regional objectives. Roles & Responsibilities:- • Develop and execute country sales strategy aligned with regional goals • Own and manage full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue targets • Drive retail sales across modern trade, general trade, and distributor channels • Build and manage key retail and distributor partnerships • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities • Ensure compliance with local regulations and governance policies. Skills & requirements:- • 12?15 years of experience in retail sales within FMCG, consumer, or related sectors • Experience managing multi-market operations • Strong P&L management and commercial acumen • Proven track record in revenue growth and market expansion • Experience managing distributor networks and retail partnerships • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
