Urgent!! Finance Manager (D365 / Transfer Pricing / Taxation)

Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow forecasting and approve related transactions

• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and legal advisors

• Prepare and review annual budgets with department heads

• Produce monthly financial reports (actual vs budget) for management

• Handle month-end closing and prepare financial statements

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (FRS) and company policies

• Support audits, J-SOX requirements, and reporting to headquarters

• Manage tax matters, including corporate tax and GST submissions

• Handle corporate secretarial and regulatory filings

• Lead, train, and evaluate team members’ performance

• Support recruitment and team development with HR

• Work with other departments to ensure proper controls and processes

• Improve workflows and enhance accounting system efficiency

• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting

• Strong experience in budgeting, transfer pricing, and taxation.

• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and taxation

• Experienced in operating the accounting system D365
