Job Description:

Accounting and financial reporting

• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance

• sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.

• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of financial statements

• Prepare month end, quarter end and year end reporting according to local and corporate requirement

• Perform financial consolidation for the group of companies

Revenue recognition and cost management

• Review and ensure accurate calculation of POC revenue, monitor and analyse project turnaround time

• Monitor and analyze cost drivers and their impact on project costing

• Oversee cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, revenue and cost projection

• Conduct actual vs forecast, budget variance analysis, trending analysis, project margin analysis an

• simulation to provide insights on business performance and help strategic decision making

Audit and tax

• Take ownership on internal and external audit, handle inquires from internal and external auditors, tax

• agent, tax authorities

• Prepare detailed financial statements and audit-related documentations

• Review and accurate submission of GST reports, annual income tax filing, withholding tax

• Liaise with company secretary for corporate finance matters

Treasury and banking matters

• Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance

• Liaise with bankers for letter of credit, banker’s guarantee, performance bond, respond to bank
