Cloud Engineer (AWS or Azure)

Job Summary

We seek a Cloud Engineer (L2/L3) experienced in AWS or Azure to manage enterprise cloud infrastructure, automate operations, and ensure security compliance. Candidates with expertise in either AWS or Azure are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure to ensure reliable enterprise operations
• Provision compute, storage, and networking resources to meet business requirements
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard data and maintain availability
• Configure and manage access control using IAM or Azure AD to enforce security policies
• Support automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development workflows
• Monitor cloud performance and optimize costs to enhance efficiency and reduce expenses
• Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to align cloud operations with organizational goals

Required competencies and certifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing cloud or infrastructure environments
• Hands-on experience with either AWS or Azure cloud platforms
• Experience automating cloud operations using tools such as Ansible and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and disaster recovery planning
